Due to the severe situation of the pandemic, the duration of The Two Sessions, the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), was shortened to six and a half days this year. At the same time, it coincides with the Winter Paralympics being held in Beijing, and with huge groups of people from different countries and regions, making the security job of the Two Sessions 2022 more challenging.
