Check the GUI local display first, if there is image in local display, please follow these steps:

1. Close the firewall on NVR station's PC or set that firewall to not block NVR station.

2. Right click NVR station icon and choose "Run as administrator". 

If there is no image in GUI local display, you should check the network between camera and NVR first.

 IE (Internet Explorer), Firefox, Chrome are all compatable, however, IE is always recommended.

You can forward port on your router, MNC needs these TCP port: 80, 5550, 6600.

There are 2 options of camera reset, partial or complete. You can find them at "System Maintenance" tab after you logged in a camera.

Choosing partial will reset almost everything except IP address and user account to factory default.

Choosing complete will reset all settings to factory default.

Ccomplete reset is suitable to do  only  if you can connect that camera to your PC with network cable directly.

Windows UAC (User Account Control) has some limitation for broswers such as IE (Internet Explorer).

   Please try to right click IE's icon from start menu and open it with "Run as administrator" option then login that camera again to change its OSD/text overlay.

by NVR Station, please choose "add/delete device" option on NVR's main menu, you will see all available cameras' IP and you can select the one named ONVIF to add, it will added to NVR with ONVIF protocal.

by GUI, please choose "device management" on main menu and click it,you will see all available cameras' IP and you can select the one named ONVIF to add, it will added to NVR with ONVIF protocal.

There is protection module of camera power input/converter module although, you are advised to use proper power adapter.

The max. supported voltage a camera is 1.5 times of its nominal voltage value.

Yes, you can use a C to CS  converter between lens and camera.

A whole day (24-hour) recording file size of a camera with 2048bps bitrate is about 24G (2048bps*60*60*24/8/1024/1024=22G,and there is about 10% additional metadata)

  If you have X pieces of camera with a bitrate of Ybps,and need to record Z days, the HDD capacity should be Y*X*60*60*24*Z/8/1024/1024 G.

You can see it from "Settings">"System">"Device Info" after you log in that camera by IE.

There are 2 ways:

by NVR Station, please see "Settings">"System Information".

by GUI, move cursor to the bottom of the screen when GUI screen is idle, please see "Browser System Information" among the popup options.

 Please always follow these steps;

1 Make sure your PC's firewall does not block that IP camera.

2 Try to right click IE's icon from start menu and open it with "Run as administrator" option then access that camera again.

There is no way to find a lost password of KEDACOM camera/NVR.

You can contact the local agent to reset the camera/NVR's password.

The first and easiest way is using IPCSearch to change camera IP during installation.

You can also change their IP to a static one with IPCSearch when it's necessary.
