Today KEDACOM released an updated H.265-enabled version of the previous popular model NVR1821- HD. The new model NVR1821-04A is the 4-bay version and supports HDD storage of up to 24TB. The model NVR1821-08A is the 8-bay version and supports HDD storage of up to 48TB.
The 3 sub-models for NVR1821-04A support 9/16/32 channels and the 4 sub-models for NVR1821-08A support 9/16/32/64 channels respectively. Another great new feature of this updated NVR1821 release is 4K technology. It supports ultra high resolution of 4 x 4K@30fps.H.265 is an audiovisual compression encoding technology which results in dramatically improved video quality and reduced network bandwidth usage.
