On March 18, 2021, Suzhou Keda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KEDACOM”) and Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Alibaba Cloud”) signed a cooperation agreement. Mr. Chen Donggen (President of KEDACOM) and Mr. Xu Dong (Vice President of Alibaba Cloud Intelligent General Business Group & General Manager of Internet Business Department) signed the contract on behalf of both parties. After the signing ceremony, the two parties had in-depth talks on promoting the implementation of cloud, artificial intelligence and other technologies in video field, and providing more of competitive video products and solutions for customers.

At the signing ceremony, Xu Dong said that the pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation, and Alibaba Cloud hopes to work together with KEDACOM in hardware development, and design competitive products and empower customers. Yan zhijie, Head of Speech Lab of Alibaba DAMO Academy, pointed out that KEDACOM’s rich video conferencing products along with Alibaba DAMO Academy’s AI technology would make conferences more intelligent and data orienting, and lay a foundation for the development of video conference in the future.

KEDACOM is a leading provider of video surveillance and video conferencing products and services. In video Conferencing, KEDACOM integrated cloud, H.265, 4K, security, AI and other core technologies, and launched a series of "cloud + endpoint" video conferencing products that fulfilling communicative and collaborative needs in various scenarios, including large conference venues, all types of conference rooms, leader’s offices, desktops, mobile phones and even public open areas. On the other hand, they can link the resources from both side to continuously expand the market, collaborating in more fields such as smart city, and empower industrial customers.
